31 yr old stomach problems
Hello, I new and i wanted to ask a few things about my condition. Im 31 white male, i had a serious fall 3 years ago off a porch landed on my upper back, had Ribheads and alot of pain with my muscles and nerves. All of a sudden i started bleeding in the toliet. So now i have internal hemmeroids.(not fun) and now well for the last good while 1 yr maybe off and on ive been experiencing weird stomach pains, kinda a hollow feeling.like a irratation,emptiness,makes weird noises and sore on bottom left- upper left and sometimes in the middle of the stomach area. Worsens if i smoke or drink more then 2 cups of coffee. When i excersise everything goes away, obviously feel better, only for it to return later. Im still somewhat sore at times around my ribs from my injuries, upper and lower, they (my DO) told me i may have costocondritus, but still i have these pains in my stomach and its not helping to already having internal hermmeroid which makes it (sometimes) difficult to go. Ive been told that its not serious, but i wanted to share it with you to see what u think. I know i need to see a doctor, but i am one of millions w/out health insurance, and the ER isnt cutting it. I do plan on having insurance soon and will be taking care of this asap.the bottom line is, still sore from accident( which im still having theopy and im about to have shots injected in my shoulder to reduce the inflamation to possibly take some tension out) my stomach acts up on a daily basis now,more pain on left side then elsewhere. oh, and i have constant gas and belching problems...I just cant seem to get this gas under control. Im usually feeling bloated and have to relieve myself by belching or passing gas.(I do take gas pills) I am concerned and thought i would share this with you to see what your opinion was. I do appreciate it ,sorry for the long read..LOL.

Very sorry your having these uncomfortable symptoms and for your fall. Glad you are in therapy for that and getting your shoulder treated. The gastric symptoms you mention really sound uncomfortable and could be many things. A Dr. could tell you for sure, I'm thinking diverticulitis, GERD things along this line. Both can be serious if not treated. If I were you I would get my diet in order which would greatly reduce the gastric symptoms and your bowel habits. Things that you know irritate by all means avoid.
By atleast correcting your diet to better enable your bowels to move would help your hemorrhoids.
Of course the best option is to get checked out asap. Any condition where you are seeing blood needs to be investigated for cause.

Purple98Ladyok, now another question, if u sont mind....so my nose was broken long time ago, dr said i should have it fixed by 18th birthday. never did, so ive always had trouble breathing properly out of my nose. Now, its getting alot worst, and sometimes my heart will race when im not breathing properly...is that normal, this has happen a few times in a good while ...could my breathing contribute to my racing heart, tight chset and causing panic attack syptoms??Welcome back,
I would say if you can't breath correctly it would indeed cause one to become anxious and to compensate for this you may hyperventilate. You heart rate would rise and possibly have tightness in your chest. If not being able to breath right through your nose, (open your mouth) and breath and calm yourself. Try slow controlled breathing, even persed lip breathing will help you control your respirations.
Knowing you have a nose obstruction that should of been treated its very important you be seen and examined. While you still have your mouth to breath it would be nice to breath nasal. Good Luck
