Ongoing Problems with Stomach

I've been to a clinic doctor and the ER a total of 5 times in the past month. Eventually I was referred to a GI who said dyspepsia, whom with I have an endoscopy scheduled for Friday the 4th. The past couple of weeks, I've been having periods of feeling like I have a bad sun burn, yet haven't been in the sun. I originally thought hot flashes, but it seems to stay for much longer than those would. I am 25, male. I'm wondering if this has any relation to my stomach issues? Or if I need to seek some kind of other medical attention. I do not have a fever. I am taking Nexium and mylanta. I'm really at a loss and I'm sure the stress isn't helping. I called the clinic doctor and he seemed to blow it off as being because of the stomach, while a friend has said it could be a nervous system response to the pain I've been through the last month with the stomach. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm in desperate need of answers so I can find some relief and get a good nights sleep for once. Thank you

Need immediate help please!

It is going to take me a while to type this as I have one hand available and will try and keep it short because this is painful-

A few weeks ago I woke up and could not move/stand or lift my right foot.. it was in severe pain.. so I dealt with it and then it disappeared after a few days.. a day later it moved into my right wrist, causing the same pains, as if broken, then THAT went away. THEN it went into BOTH arms. I could not lift them for 3 days and the pain was terrible. Then it mysteriously went away. Now since yesterday on my right hand middle finger and top half of my palm is doing the same thing, and it is VERY painful. And swollen this time too.. and the skin on the lower half of my finger feels rough. I need help on this.. what it could be.. how to fix it.. I cannot go to the doctor as I have no insurance, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

MRI Questions for Lower Lumbar Spine

I have questions about the following findings on my MRI done on my lower lumbar spine. I have been having trouble with my back for 5 and a half years. In April of this year, my back "went out" again, and I haven't regained full use yet. I have severe pain down my left leg, also. I was wondering if my MRI results could be broken down to better understand them. The following are the findings on my MRI:
-Incidental uncovertebral body and hemangiomas at L4.
-At L4-5, there is minimal facet hypertrophy.
-At L5-S1, there is slight retrolisthesis of L5 on S1 with uncovered disc, annular fissure, and small central bulge versus minimal midline disc protrusion and slight abutment of the thecal sac.
-No nerve root compression.
-Some mild degenerative change at L5-S1.
-Mild facet degenerative change at the lower lumbar spine.
-Probable tiny central disc protrusion at L5-S1, but with no nerve root compression.

developed tics ? mri is normal

I am a 25 year old female and I developed motor Tics about 4 months ago they first started only at night and by 3 days it started doing it in the day time. It affect my whole body. It also happens in my sleep as my husband is a light sleeper and I woke up sitting up. When it gets real bad my back arches up and i cannot control these I can hold them back for a few seconds but I feel tense and uncomfortable.

The MRI came out normal other then a cyst that was there when i was born in the nasal region. I was on cipralex Anti-depressant but I am now been off it for a month. Blood work came out normal and had a test for presence of copper which also came back normal.

About a month ago i developed tremors mainly in legs and right hand. but they never happen when the tics do. I started falling for no reason. for about two weeks that seemed to have gone away but i am finding i am wobbly. I have been to a neurologist that is saying its from unresolved stress, I am just wondering if that could be right as i didn't feel stressed out.
The tics gets better and then worse but never goes away. ???

Then the Dr's said could be a viirule infection? but is that possible and not pass it on to my family?
Is there any other tests that you would recommend?

HELP! 9 Day Migraine with Partial Seizures!

I have had a migraine for 9 days straight. I have also been having a lot of simple and complex partial seizures. Sometimes even petit mal and absence seizures. This happened following acute bronchitis with a high fever for almost 3 weeks. I am currently taking propanalol 60 mg ER for the migraines but it hasn't helped in the slightest. No matter how much tylenol and ibuprofen I take or how much sleep I get, I have not had any relief. I have been off of my Lamictal for over a month because I can't afford it. I don't know what to do. The migraine and partials are affecting my everyday life. What the heck is wrong with my head?!
P.S.
I would prefer it someone with experience in neurology answered this. No offence. I still love you guys.
P.P.S.
I would also like to add that I think I may have been bitten by a black widow spider. Would this cause any problems with my Diabetes or Epilepsy?
